What is your return or exchange policy?

No, we're sorry, currently we do not offer a return or exchange policy since we are just a Start-up.
Exchanges are only possible for dresses with defects and will be verified by our team.

Are there any additional charges for shipping?

Standard shipping charges are Rs.90 within Tamil Nadu and Rs.130 for other states in India.

Our shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your location. The final shipping cost is calculated to the price of the product.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp or SMS containing tracking details. You can use these details to track the progress of your delivery on our delivery partners website.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving the item. We'll assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Can dresses be customized?

Unfortunately, we do not offer customization for dresses at the moment.

Can the dresses by customised for maternity wear or nursing-friendly purpose?

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
